On Monday 17 October, the Dutch edition of the ECSO Cyber Investor Days took place at the HSD Campus in The Hague. The grand event was opened by the Minister of Justice and Security. Cyber attacks on municipalities doubled In just one year
The number of cyber attacks on municipalities has doubled. Where a total of150 cyber-related incidents were recorded last year, this will already be above 300 by 2022. According to research by the Association of Dutch Municipalities.
